At Sanitas Healthcare and Diagnostics we take this opportunity to thank you for your faith in our services. We value your association and it gives us immense pleasure to welcome you on board as our privileged customer.
Each time the members use any of our services, points are credited to the assigned Privilege Health Card. They can collect these points and redeem them later at selected Company owned centers against your net bill*.
FIT
The Primary Card Holder and family members who are part of the Privilege Program will be entitled to Free Home Collection on a bill value* of 1000 or above.
Customers are eligible for membership on purchases / billing of worth 2000. Or they can pay 150 for this membership.
From day one this card will have 50 points as a reward from Sanitas Healthcare and Diagnostics.
It's a Family Health Card (valid for 4 members including 1 Primary Card Holder) where immediate dependents (within the strict limits of selected Company owned centers) of the customer will get registered for further benefits.
A Privilege Card Holder can start accumulating points on that card with every purchase and will be awarded 5 points for every 100 spent as part of the net billas loyalty points.
1 point is equal to 1. Privilege Card Holder can redeem points after accumulating at least 250 points.
SUPER FIT
The Primary Card Holder and family members who are part of the Privilege Program will be entitled to Free Home Collection on a bill value* of 1500 or above.
Customers are eligible for membership on purchases / billing of worth 3500. Or they can pay 200 for this membership.
From day one this card will have 50 points as a reward from Sanitas Healthcare and Diagnostics.
It's a Family Health Card (valid for 5 members including 1 Primary Card Holder) where immediate dependents (within the strict limits of selected Company owned centers) of the customer will get registered for further benefits.
A Privilege Card Holder can start accumulating points on that card with every purchase and will be awarded 5 points for every 100 spent as part of the net billas loyalty points.
1 point is equal to 1. Privilege Card Holder can redeem points after accumulating at least 250 points.
FIGHTING FIT
The Primary Card Holder and family members who are part of the Privilege Program will be entitled to Free Home Collection on a bill value* of 1500 or above.
Customers are eligible for membership on purchases / billing of worth 4500. Or they can pay 250 for this membership.
From day one this card will have 50 points as a reward from Sanitas Healthcare and Diagnostics.
It's a Family Health Card (valid for 6 members including 1 Primary Card Holder) where immediate dependents (within the strict limits of selected Company owned centers) of the customer will get registered for further benefits.
A Privilege Card Holder can start accumulating points on that card with every purchase and will be awarded 5 points for every 100 spent as part of the net billas loyalty points.
1 point is equal to 1. Privilege Card Holder can redeem points after accumulating at least 250 points.
Terms & Conditions
The card is valid till the date printed on the card.
Point based Program applicable at Sanitas Healthcare and Diagnostics company owned outlets only.
Reward points cannot be exchanged for cash.
Sanitas Healthcare and Diagnostics reserves the right to amend or terminate the Program at any time without assigning any reason there of.
Any additional schemes and promotions will be governed as per their respective terms and conditions.
These terms are in addition to the Privilege Member Card terms already applicable and accessible on the website.
Sanitas Healthcare and Diagnostics reserves the right to decline/amend/ change/alter/revoke/suspend/withdraw or terminate the membership, introduce any contests/schemes/ rewards/prizes/ lucky draw/coupons to any applicant without assigning any reason whatsoever.
The usage of this card confirms that the member has read and understood and has further agreed to abide by all the terms and conditions as amended from time to time.
This Card Is the property of Sanitas Healthcare and Diagnostics andshall be returned to the Company In case found by any third person other than the user.
The Privilege Card shall be applicable only on The Individual Tests and cannot be used with the corporate and other tests packages of.
Points Redemption
Points can be redeemed only on Walk-ins (at selected Company owned centers) on net amount*.
Points cannot be redeemed on Home Collection or Transportation charges and must be redeemed on net test value*.
To redeem any amount the card holder must have a minimum of 250 points in the privilege account.
For redemption, the Privilege Card must be presented at the time of billing or if the card is not with the member at the time of redemption, he/she needs to present the card number and ID proof to validate his/her identity.
Points cannot be exchanged for cash.
Redemption amount cannot exceed the bill amount.
The redemption will not be entertained on the purchases of medicines from Sanitas Healthcare and Diagnostics outlets.
